Chief Executive – Mr. Saleem Ahmad Faridi

Mr. Saleem Ahmad Faridi brings over three decades of distinguished law enforcement experience to SAFer.pk, having served 34 years in various critical roles within the Sindh Police. A seasoned investigator and security strategist, Mr. Faridi is widely respected for his expertise in criminal investigations, financial crime, executive protection, and public safety. His deep understanding of operational security, combined with legal acumen, enables SAFer.pk to deliver trustworthy and effective services to individuals, businesses, and institutions across Pakistan.

Throughout his career, Mr. Faridi played a pivotal role in leading high-profile investigations and complex field operations, both nationally and internationally. He served in two major United Nations Peacekeeping Missions—UNMIBH (Bosnia & Herzegovina) and UNAMID (Darfur)—earning him global recognition for his leadership, diplomacy, and commitment to justice. His contribution in liaising with courts and legal bodies has made him a go-to authority on legal procedures and police coordination in Pakistan.

Mr. Faridi’s strong leadership style is defined by integrity, discipline, and a relentless drive for excellence. He has received multiple awards, including the UN Peace Medal, in recognition of his outstanding service. Under his guidance, SAFer.pk continues to uphold the highest standards in legal consultancy and security operations.

Qamar Alam is a highly experienced security and operations professional with over 19 years of expertise in handling security, safety, and administrative functions across both military and private sectors. He served with distinction in the Pakistan Navy from 1992 to 2021, where he held key roles including Physical Training Instructor, Security Duty Officer, and Sailing Instructor at the Pakistan Naval Academy. During his military tenure, he gained hands-on experience in emergency planning, surveillance, patrolling, and safety operations.

Following his naval career, Mr. Alam transitioned to the corporate sector, taking on roles such as Security Coordinator and Patrolling Officer at Bazaar Technologies, and later as a Security Officer at PostEx. His responsibilities included safeguarding personnel and assets, conducting surprise inspections, training sales and transport teams in cash handling security, and maintaining strong coordination with law enforcement agencies. Known for his leadership, vigilance, and strategic planning, he also played a crucial role in developing and delivering safety training programs.

Mr. Alam has completed specialized courses in First Aid, Firefighting, English Language, and Security Training Instruction, enhancing his ability to lead and mentor teams effectively. His outstanding sportsmanship has also been recognized at major international sailing events including the Asian Games and Asian Sailing Championships. Dedicated, disciplined, and resourceful, Qamar Alam continues to bring exceptional value to any security-focused role.

Rizwan Shahzad - Navy Retired

Rizwan Shahzad is a skilled and disciplined security professional and retired member of the Pakistan Navy, with over 18 years of diverse experience in engineering, technical maintenance, and security operations. His career began in the Pakistan Navy, where he served from 2005 to 2016 as a Marine Engineering Technician, specializing in the maintenance of fire safety systems, air conditioning units, steam boilers, and generator operations. His technical expertise and dedication to equipment reliability were critical in maintaining operational readiness aboard naval vessels.

Following his military service, Mr. Shahzad transitioned into the civilian security sector, where he held several supervisory roles. As a Security Supervisor at both the Karachi Development Authority and Bahria Foundation Security Services, he was responsible for overseeing personnel, managing access control, and maintaining a safe environment in public and institutional spaces. He later served as a Boat Technician for China Power Hub Generation, providing VIP marine support.

From 2021 to 2024, he worked as a Security Coordinator & CCTV Surveillance Operator at Bazaar Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he supervised security teams, managed surveillance systems, and ensured asset protection across multiple sites.

Syed Shahid Ali is a seasoned law enforcement and security professional with over 25 years of dedicated service in the Sindh Police, where he held the rank of Police Inspector. Throughout his extensive career, he served in both the Traffic and Security departments, performing key duties in public safety, emergency response, law enforcement, crime investigation, and patrol operations. His ability to manage high-pressure situations, maintain public order, and lead security teams has made him a highly reliable figure in law and order circles.

During his tenure with Sindh Police, Mr. Shahid Ali took part in crime scene management, arrests, crowd control, traffic enforcement, and emergency interventions—frequently operating on the front lines of public protection. He is also skilled in administrative functions, investigation documentation, and ongoing law enforcement training. Known for his quick adaptability and calm approach under pressure, he has consistently upheld professional and ethical standards in challenging environments.

After his police service, he served as a Security and Legal Officer at PostEx Courier Company, where he managed regulatory compliance, contract handling, and legal risk assessments. He also ensured the physical and operational safety of goods and logistics—a role that combined both legal insight and practical field experience.

With a background in commerce education, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, Syed Shahid Ali is well-equipped for leadership roles in modern security, compliance, or administrative domains.

Wali Dad is a veteran law enforcement professional with an impressive 38 years of service in the Sindh Police Department, bringing a wealth of operational and investigative experience to every role he undertakes. Retiring in January 2022 as an Inspector of Police in the Special Branch Karachi, Mr. Wali Dad has dedicated his entire career to upholding justice, public safety, and effective policing across multiple units of the Sindh Police.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Wali Dad served in a wide range of critical departments including the Operation Branch, Special Branch, Range Police Stations, Crime Branch, CIA, and Anti-Corruption units. His ability to lead, investigate, and coordinate law enforcement operations has earned him great respect among peers and superiors alike.

He successfully completed all major departmental training including the Recruit Course, Lower School, Intermediate School, and Upper School Courses, which strengthened his command and tactical skills. Additionally, he undertook specialized training in Departmental Investigations and the ATS (Anti-Terrorist Squad) Course, making him well-versed in handling high-risk, sensitive cases.

With deep-rooted knowledge of Karachi’s law enforcement landscape, Mr. Wali Dad brings unmatched field experience, strategic insight, and a disciplined approach to policing and investigation. His service is a testament to loyalty, resilience, and the protection of public interest.

Shoukat Ali - Inspector Police

Shoukat Ali is a seasoned security and administrative professional with an extensive 27-year career in the Sindh Police Department, where he served with dedication in multiple key branches including Operations, Traffic, Training, Welfare, and the Special Branch. He retired in 2021 from the prestigious post of Reader to the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) and Additional Inspector General (AIG) of Police, Special Branch, Sindh. His long-standing commitment to law enforcement and administrative leadership has made him a highly respected figure in the field of public safety and security management.

Throughout his service, Mr. Ali demonstrated outstanding abilities in time management, crisis response, operational planning, and surveillance. He is well-versed in investigating criminal activity, preparing intelligence reports, and ensuring organizational compliance. His strong communication and public engagement skills made him effective both in the field and at the command level.

In addition to his Bachelor’s degree in Science from Karachi University, Mr. Shoukat Ali holds a Diploma in Computer Sciences and has completed numerous specialized training programs, including Post-Blast Investigation, Crisis Management, and Aircraft/Vehicle Search Techniques, many of which were conducted under the United States Department of Justice.

Known for his dependability, leadership, and proactive approach, Mr. Ali is now utilizing his rich experience in security supervision and administration to contribute to modern, risk-sensitive environments in both the public and private sectors.
